Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of strategy and business transformation engagements from planning to execution.

  • Manage PMO activities including governance, project tracking, risk management, and reporting.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, dashboards, and business recommendations.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.

  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and status reports.

  • Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization.

  • Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.

  • Support decision-making through structured analysis and performance reporting.

  • Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting/advisory environment.

  • Hands-on experience in Strategy, PMO, or Business Transformation projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.

  • Ability to structure business problems, develop insights, and support implementation.

  • Experience in executive reporting, dashboard preparation, and presentation development.

  • Strong skills in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Power BI experience will be an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certification will be an advantage.

  • Candidate should be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Doha.

  • Open to working in an on-site consulting engagement.
