You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in learning function
• Experienced in adult learning or a similar environment
• Experienced in managing diverse cultures
• Experience in hotel operation is preferred
• Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to audience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making
• Detailed oriented, good execution and follow up
