Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities :
- Configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SCADA & SAS systems.
- RTU configuration and integration with various IEDs, relays, meters, and gateways.
- HMI development including SLDs, Bay Views, Alarm/Event Handling, and Interlock Screens.
- Preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- SCADA database creation, tag mapping, and point-to-point checking.
- Configuration and testing of Ethernet Switches, Routers, GPS clocks, and Firewalls.
- Integration of Protection Relays and Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
- Troubleshooting communication failures and network-related issues.
- Preparation of engineering documents, IO lists, architecture diagrams, and test reports.
- Verification of wiring drawings and communication architecture layouts.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, OEMs, and commissioning teams.
- Site commissioning support for EHV/HV substations.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts in substation automation systems.
- Understanding of substation networking and industrial communication systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred candidate profile :
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Export SCADA / SAS / Automation projects.
- Specifically work on SICAM, SCC, WINCC.
- Strong understanding of EHV/HV Substation systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and communication architecture diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate PAN India for commissioning activities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
