Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and equipment

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing sections

Ensure proper waste disposal and garbage handling

Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties

Maintain hygiene standards as per company and food safety regulations

Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely

Organize kitchen supplies and storage areas

Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Follow safety procedures and company SOPs
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 3 years of experience as Kitchen Steward in restaurants, hotels, or catering companies
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen hygiene standards
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic communication skills
- Gulf experience preferred
