Job description
We are seeking a Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is responsible in supporting Oracle HCM and Performance Management activities, including system
analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, workflow support,
documentation, UAT coordination, and production support. The role requires
close coordination with HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to
ensure smooth Oracle HCM operations and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management.
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes.
- Support workflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and related integrations.
- Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Support UAT activities and deployment coordination.
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Work with technical teams for customization, reporting, and integration requirements.
- Ensure timely support and resolution of operational issues.
- Use AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, support code generation, and enhance delivery efficiency.
Requirements- Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, especially Performance Management.
- Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment.
- Experience in Oracle workflows, approval processes, and notifications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Experience in issue analysis, testing, UAT support, and production support.
- Good understanding of SQL and reporting concepts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in offshore support engagements.

- Knowledge of Oracle APEX and related Oracle technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
