Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience with expertise in the technology domain (Frontend / Middleware / Backend)
- Proficient in creating high-level and low-level technical designs.
- Previous work experience as a technical architect
- Good technical knowledge of Cloud technologies
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration
- Provide thought leadership in the context of the customer landscape and requirements
- Strategic thinking able to identify a vision along with the plans which need to be implemented
- Analytical thinking - able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically
- Influencing and persuading - able to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others. Adapts to the situation and can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change
- Guide teams for the full life cycle, inclusive of development, staging, pre-production and production environments
- Ability to problem-solve complex IT issues
- Providing technical support to the escalated support issues/incidents
