Job description
Leads
project planning, integrated schedule control, critical path analysis, progress
monitoring, risk updates, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling, and project controls activities.
- Review and approve contractor schedules, WBS, progress measurement systems, and planning procedures.
- Conduct critical path analysis and report schedule risks to management.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning progress.
- Prepare senior management reports, presentations, dashboards, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Requirements- BSc in Engineering or equivalent.
- Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and PMP Certification are mandatory.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior planning roles on large-scale EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule integration, progress measurement, EPC planning, risk analysis, and management reporting.
- Fluent in English and proficient in planning software.
