Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications.
- Adhere to the highest clinical standards and safety protocols in all surgical procedures.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of surgical techniques and patient care pathways.
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development activities within the facility.
