Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records meticulously, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality for compliance.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance, retirement, and other perks.
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and compliance with tax regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess relevant HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, to demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • No nationality preference, as we value diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
