Roles & Responsibilities
A project manager plans and oversees initiatives, such as a detailed study of scope of work and schedule, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Creating a work plan and assigning tasks, managing the project budget and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery. - Creating project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines
- Detailed study of contracts documents,
- Identifying and finding solutions for potential risks, such as budget constraints or delays from client.
- Maintain proper discipline on site among staff & workers.
- Managing the budget and allocating resources
- Monitoring progress and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals
- Updating clients and executives through meetings or via communication platforms.
- Evaluating the quality of work products by using customer feedback

- Interacts with lead engineers to monitor progress that is achieved actual vs planned progress. Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 20 to 25 years of experience in the field of management of piping fabrication and erection in an EPC environment for Power / water/chemical / petrochemical/ refinery Projects He must have some knowledge of civil, electrical and instrumentation works so as to discuss and understand requirements and problems with engineers in fields. He must be aware of various standards, codes and practice. Should have experience on Metallic (CS/SS/ALLOY/DUPLEX) as well as GRP Piping Works, should have experience handling big project where manpower will be +1000 nos
