Job description

1) Transmission Engineer:

* Provide technical support to customer operations and maintenance teams for transmission network issues. 

* Support troubleshooting and fault isolation for MSTP, SDH, OTN, DWDM, and IP/MPLS networks. 

* Assist customer teams during network outages and critical issue resolution. 

* Coordinate with field engineers and vendors for corrective actions and restoration activities. 

* Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities whenever required by the customer. 

* Lead/support transmission rollout projects including new node integration and network expansion activities. 

* Coordinate installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of transmission equipment. 

* Support network migration, swap, modernization, and expansion activities. 

* Participate in SDH to OTN migration activities including planning, execution, testing, and service restoration. 

2) Datacom Engineer

* Lead and manage Datacom engineers and field support teams.

* Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of activities.

* Provide technical mentoring and skill development for team members.

* Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and operational planning.

* Ensure adherence to company processes, safety standards, and customer requirements.

* Manage end-to-end deployment of Datacom projects including:

* IP/MPLS networks

* SRv6 deployments

* Routing & Switching infrastructure

* Enterprise and telecom backbone solutions

* Coordinate with project managers, customers, and cross-functional teams during implementation activities.

* Review HLD/LLD designs and validate implementation plans.

3) IMS Core Engineer

* Operate and maintain IMS nodes (CSCF, SBC, TAS, HSS/UDM)

* Troubleshoot SIP/Diameter signaling and VoLTE/VoWiFi call flows

* Basic knowledge of NFVI platform and perform troubleshooting for cloud layer.

* Manage PCRF/PCF policies, QoS, and bearer issues

* Handle incidents, KPIs, and SLA compliance

* Support upgrades, patches, and network optimization

* Deliver IMS/VoLTE projects (integration, testing, rollout)

Skills

1) Transmission Engineer:

* Strong knowledge of transmission technologies: MSTP, Fiber Optics, SDH, OTN, DWDM 

* Understanding of SDH to OTN migration concepts and transmission modernization activities. 

* Experience with transmission equipment from vendors such as Huawei, Nokia, or Ericsson. 

* Knowledge of telecom network troubleshooting and implementation procedures. 

* Understanding of telecom KPIs and SLA management. 

2) Datacom Engineer:

* Strong knowledge of: MPLS, SRv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv6, VPN technologies

* Routing & Switching

* Network Security fundamentals

* Experience with Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia Datacom equipment.

* Familiarity with NMS/EMS tools and network monitoring systems.

3) IMS Core Engineer

* Strong knowledge of IMS architecture and 3GPP standards

* Hands-on with SIP, Diameter, RTP, DNS

* Experience in VoLTE, VOBB, Business Trunking, VoWiFi, VoNR, S8HR and PCRF/PCF

* Familiarity with EPC/5GC and NFVI
