Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker & Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to generate sales and leasing opportunities independently. This role is suitable for candidates who are target-oriented, client-focused, and capable of handling both brokerage and direct property sales activities.
Key Responsibilities Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads. Conduct property viewings and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, investors, and buyers. Promote residential and commercial properties through online and offline channels. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and closing terms between clients and property owners. Prepare property listings, presentations, and market reports. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets. Stay updated with Qatar real estate market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate documentation and follow-up processes until deal closure.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or property sales in Qatar. Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Valid QID with transferable visa preferred. Qatar driving license is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
