Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizations
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting solutioning negotiation closing)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions
  • Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
  • Proven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)
  • Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)
  • Arabic language is a must
