Roles & Responsibilities
The position is responsible for strengthening Digitus market presence , developing strong relationships with key customers, government entities, enterprise accounts, and strategic partners, while ensuring achievement of sales targets, healthy pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and sustainable business growth.
The Sales Lead will manage the country sales team, support tendering and commercial negotiations, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and work closely with internal teams including presales, operations, finance, procurement, HR, PMO, and country management to ensure successful business development and delivery alignment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales management position.
Experience in ICT, telecom, data centers, cloud, digital infrastructure, or technology solutions is preferred.
Strong experience managing enterprise accounts, strategic customers, and government or large corporate relationships within the GCC market.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, accountability, and team development skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
