Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients across Qatar through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field visits.

  • Present and pitch Sygmetiv's IT service portfolio — ERP solutions, managed IT services, web development, cloud services, and business communication tools.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers — IT managers, finance heads, and business owners — across SME and enterprise segments.

  • Develop proposals, prepare quotations, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover and client onboarding post-sale.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously refine the sales approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of IT services sales experience, specifically within the GCC market — Qatar experience is a strong advantage.

  • Proven track record of closing IT service deals — ERP, managed services, SaaS, cloud, or web solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the Qatar and GCC business environment — including how local SMEs and enterprises make technology purchasing decisions.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills — written and spoken. Ability to confidently present to C-level and senior management.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field sales environment.

  • Must be currently based in Doha, Qatar, or available to work on-site in Doha.

  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred for field sales visits.
