Roles & Responsibilities

GTM & Operating Model Execution

  • Support the COO in operationalising MBK Globals GTM and operating models.
  • Ensure defined execution steps, workflows, and control points are properly supported.
  • Track execution across the full lifecycle (partner onboarding engagement delivery scaling).
  • Identify execution gaps, delays, or misalignments and escalate early with recommendations.

Cross-Functional & JV Coordination

  • Coordinate across internal functions (Operations, Finance, IT, Commercial, Shared Services).
  • Support alignment between MBK Global and JV execution teams.
  • Ensure smooth operational hand-offs across functions and geographies (Qatar Pakistan).

Performance Tracking, KPIs & Reporting

  • Maintain operational trackers, execution logs, and KPI dashboards.
  • Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports for the COO covering:
    1. execution status,
    2. risks and bottlenecks,
    3. corrective actions and priorities.
  • Enable fact-based operational decision-making.

Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Help document, maintain, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support ISO-aligned quality and process management practices (where applicable).
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or improve execution workflows.
  • Support rollout of improved processes as MBK Global scales.

Operational Readiness & Scale Enablement

  • Support onboarding of new joint ventures, partners, or initiatives into the operating model.
  • Help ensure operational readiness before execution commitments are made.
  • Maintain organised, audit-ready operational documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 7 years of relevant experience in operations, execution, PMO, or delivery-focused roles.
  • Experience in multinational enterprises or complex operating models involving multiple functions, geographies, or joint ventures.
  • Familiarity with energy, industrial, technology, or professional services sectors is a plus.
  • Prior experience in operations analysis or project management is advantageous.

Professional Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to summarize complex information and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in customer service with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing and operating structured process, quality, or performance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of company registrations, incorporations, and procurement processes is an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) or practical quality management experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence (Green Belt / Black Belt).
