Roles & Responsibilities
What's on your plate?/strong>
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation of physical and system stock
- Identify, analyze, and resolve stock variances and shrinkage trendsLead cycle counts, full stocktakes, and ad hoc physical verifications
- Monitor stock cover and Days on Hand to prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Manage slow movers, discontinued items, and excess inventory
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure proper receiving, QC, picking, and dispatch controls
- Oversee return processes, transfers, and supplier-related adjustments
- Conduct SKU-level analysis to highlight risks and improvement areas
- Prepare clear inventory performance reports for management
- Support the month-end closing and reconciliation with finance

- You have at least 4+ years of experience in Inventory management
- You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
- You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
- Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. You can inspire several teams and stakeholders to rally behind a mission.
- Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
