Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Business Transformation professional to support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, process optimization, organizational effectiveness, and business performance improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should come from a strong consulting and transformation background with experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs, business process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of business transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
Analyze existing business operations, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunities.
Assist in transformation roadmap development and implementation planning.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to drive transformation activities and track progress.
Develop governance frameworks, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for transformation initiatives.
Support organizational change management and process optimization programs.
Conduct business analysis, operational assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and transformation goals.
Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, and management updates.
Support automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives where required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Background
7–10 years of experience in Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Operational Excellence, or Consulting.
Prior experience within consulting firms or transformation-focused environments is highly preferred.
Exposure to enterprise transformation, process optimization, governance, PMO, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Industries
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Management, or related field.
MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
