Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highly personalized and anticipatory service to all guests throughout their stay.
- Create memorable guest experiences through refined attention to detail and genuine care.
- Manage all Butler service operations efficiently, ensuring seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, and Food & Beverage teams to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of guest preferences and proactively tailor services accordingly.
- Handle guest requests promptly, professionally, and discreetly at all times.
- Ensure suites and guest areas are impeccably prepared in line with Raffles luxury standards.
- Provide unpacking, packing, garment care, and in-room dining services with precision and elegance.
- Anticipate opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful recommendations and personalized touches.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Represent the Raffles brand with poise, sophistication, and exceptional service etiquette.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and communicate relevant preferences to operational teams.
- Resolve guest concerns gracefully and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the timeless heritage, charm, and gracious hospitality of Raffles.
Desired Candidate Profile
What will you bring to the role?
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within Butler Service, Guest Relations, or Rooms Division operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, gracious, and polished demeanor.
- Strong passion for luxury service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver highly personalized service.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Well-groomed with impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel systems and guest profile management platforms is preferred.
