Job Details

The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and manage strategic relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacy chains, and healthcare groups ensuring to maximize market share, achieving sales targets, and safeguarding strong customer engagement within the designated sector.
Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, and health groups. Follow up with sales progress & delivery of orders. Develop customized account plans and sales strategies for top-tier customers. Ensure arrangements for stocks/transfers and delivery of the product. Capture ad-hoc (direct purchases) business opportunities through regular KA (Key Accounts) visits and lobby of concerned persons (Purchasers, Pharmacists). Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts in compliance with company policies. Initiate, negotiate and receive RFQ along with quotation preparation, delivery & approval. Receive purchasing order & submit to the concerned department & following up on orders delivery to customers. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Follow up and ensure proper introduction of company products to hospitals & potential centers. Ensure the successful launch for new products. Prepare profile of the existing clients with VIP client list. Follow up with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) & explore new opportunities. Lead field forecasting efforts among the teams, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis. Work closely with marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment on strategies and service delivery. Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work. Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines. Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, or Veterinary.4-6 years of experience in a similar field with at least 2 years of experience as a key account manager.
