Role Description We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content Development Manager to spearhead our content creation and management efforts. In this role, you will be the custodian of our clients' narratives, overseeing the execution of diverse content portfolios. From high-stakes press releases to viral social media campaigns, multimedia scripts, and sleek website copy, you will ensure everything we produce meets the highest standards of quality, cultural relevance, and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Oversight: Conceptualize, write, and manage a wide range of content deliverables, including press releases, social media campaigns, multimedia scripts, and website copywriting. Project Management: Lead content initiatives from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all projects are executed on time and aligned with client goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central communication hub, working closely with design, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless project execution. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control over all written outputs, ensuring linguistic accuracy, brand alignment, and cultural nuance.
Qualifications Strategic Content Expertise: Proven experience in content development, copywriting, and high-level content strategy. Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional proficiency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to translate and adapt nuance effectively between both languages. Robust Project Management: Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Exceptional Communication: Sharp interpersonal and time-management skills to effectively navigate tight deadlines and multi-department collaborations. Industry Experience: A background in marketing, public relations, or advertising agency environments is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Arabic Literature, or a related field.
