Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT System Analyst – SAP MM / EWM / PS to support the management, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of SAP systems in alignment with business requirements. The role involves providing expert support for SAP MM (Materials Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and PS (Project Systems) modules, troubleshooting system issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting SAP-related projects and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations. Key Responsibilities1. SAP Troubleshooting & User Support Provide functional and technical support for SAP MM, EWM, and PS modules Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues within agreed SLA timelines Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring system problems and implement corrective actions Coordinate with SAP vendors and third-party partners for issue resolution and escalation Support end users by resolving system queries and providing functional guidance Assist in user training and knowledge transfer activities2. SAP System Management & Configuration Configure and maintain SAP MM, EWM, and PS modules based on business requirements Implement system enhancements, updates, and configuration changes Ensure SAP processes align with operational and business objectives Support integration between SAP and external enterprise applications Participate in testing and validation of SAP configurations and changes3. Business Process Improvement Analyze current business processes and recommend system improvements Implement SAP best practices to improve operational efficiency and automation Identify opportunities for optimization in procurement, warehouse, and project management processes Stay updated with SAP product enhancements and emerging technologies4. SAP Project Management Support and lead SAP-related projects including:Module enhancements System upgrades New implementations Change requests Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams Develop project plans, timelines, and status updates Track project risks, issues, and dependencies5.
