Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. The candidate will assist with employee records, recruitment coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Prepare HR documents and reports
  • Monitor attendance and leave records
  • Support onboarding and employee coordination
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information


Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
