Roles & Responsibilities
Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.
Review clinical documentation to extract the necessary data for coding, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures, enhancing the accuracy of coding.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of data entered into electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining high data integrity.
Experience in hospital, clinic, or insurance settings preferred.
GCC experience preferred, especially in Qatar or United Arab Emirates.
Must have valid visa in Qatar with NOC

Desired Candidate Profile
Medical Coding certificate is mandatory
Certification as a Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or CCS-P) from a recognized professional organization is essential.
Experience of at least 2 years in medical coding, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software is a must for efficient data entry.
