Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage appointments, scheduling, and cancellations efficiently
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly
Maintain accurate patient records and update systems
Handle billing, payments, and insurance coordination
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management
Ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Skills
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- High attention to detail—mistakes are not acceptable in this role
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Excel, clinic software, email handling)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Punctual, disciplined, and accountable
