Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • To conduct workshops with requestors to capture requirements, prepare analysis reports and provide the best IT solutions and design.
  • To analyze the business requirements and automate the procedures.
  • To do process re-engineering based on the automation study.
  • To plan and estimate duration of the effort needed of new features, components or modifications to an existing application.
  • To design gap analysis and build a strong test scenarios case upon environment.
  • To design & implement business applications through tools mentioned below.
  • To be experienced in JDeveloper tool, oracle form report builder and creating new workflows in AME.
  • To deliver Analysis studies & make recommendations regarding possible IT interventions.
  • To perform programming tasks according to the project plan and functional specifications.
  • To maintain relationship with key users (super users) and ensure proper use of the system by those users.
  • Test and apply new features in development and test environment then applying them to production.
  • Engage in testing other applications.
  • To Lead / manage end-user training sessions in the run up to go-live.
  • Daily monitoring and maintenance for the following modules: (Self Service / HRMS / Payroll / I-Recruitment / OLM).
  • Following up SR if raised.
  • To document all tasks performed from project origination to user manual.
  • system administration background is preferable

Special Skills

  • Certificates in Oracle Development HRMS/ SS Track.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions (Self Service / HRMS modules).
  • To have a strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Self Service / HRMS / Payroll / I-Recruitment / OLM / Appraisal).
  • system administration background is preferable
  • Powerful trainer with ability to explain complex concepts using everyday examples.
  • Good at writing reports and follow-up.
  • Workshop facilitation skills / Presentation Skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: BSc. Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Minimum Work Experience: At least 8 years in Applications Development
  • Arabic speakers is a preferable
