Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
UPDA/MMUP Certified Mechanical Engineer Grade A (Mandatory)
QCDD Approved
Other certification like NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED/ESTIDAMA
10 to 15 years of experience in mechanical system design for High rise commercial,
residential & hospitality building.
Minimum 8-10 years of GCC experience.
Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting system
design in accordance with international and local authority standards (QCDD &
Kahramaa, etc.).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of design software such as HAP, Elite.
Familiar with BIM coordination tools
