Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide technical leadership and management oversight for engineering activities and deliverables

2. Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering phases

3. Review and oversee engineering deliverables including calculations, datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and drawings

4. Coordinate engineering execution, manpower planning, and project resource allocation

5. Support proposal development, engineering estimates, staffing plans, and execution strategies

6. Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and project review discussions

7. Ensure compliance with industry codes, engineering standards, and client specifications

8. Identify engineering risks, scope changes, and project execution impacts

9. Support engineering capability development, departmental initiatives, and team growth

10. Coordinate with regional and international engineering offices for project execution and quality consistency

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline

2. Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience

3. Proven experience in Conceptual, FEED, and Detailed Engineering projects

4. Strong exposure to pipeline engineering, routing, and construction projects

5. Experience working with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East & Africa projects

6. Strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and engineering software

7. Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and deliverables

8. Excellent leadership, communication, and client coordination skills

9. Qatar Engineering License (MME/MMUP/UPDA) will be an advantage

10. Advanced Degree preferred
