Roles & Responsibilities

Develop architectural drawings, plans, and three-dimensional models utilizing standard software, while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to choose the best materials, finishes, and colors that align with the project's design vision and budget.
• Engage with clients to gather project requirements, address design inquiries, and incorporate feedback into the design process in a constructive manner.
• Prepare precise architectural drawings and presentations utilizing software including 3ds Max, Revit, Google SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Photoshop.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations (MMUP Qatar) and are aligned with budgetary constraints.
• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution and delivery.
• Review and design architectural, interior design, fit-out, and landscape plans with attention to detail.
• Ensure comprehensive coordination between the architectural discipline and other related fields, documenting any clashes and discrepancies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), along with logs and tasks, to ensure project progress.
• Provide clear guidance to draftsmen and ensure the submission of all required shop drawings, materials, methods, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Collaborate with subcontractors to oversee the timely submission of engineering documents, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field with Minimum 5 years working experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, and construction details.
• Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English.
• Revit 2 years (preferred)
