Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet, seat, and attend to guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, ensuring full guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle billing efficiently; assist with table turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
