Job Details

Key Purpose:· To carry out Company’s Stores procedure correctly and inspects site stores weekly.
Role & Responsibilities:· To carry out Company’s Stores procedure correctly and inspects site stores weekly.· To carry out company’s stores procedures correctly.· To ensure updating of Stores bin Cards and to maintain daily proper record of SRBDs / SIDBs.· To co-ordinate with Purchase department and ensure that Purchase orders are checked with stores prior to new purchases.· To issue Store Transfer vouchers for all materials leaving stores to other sites and vice versa.· To ensure materials received are covered by MRs / LPOs and items on invoices.· To ensure (Tools on Loan) are properly recorded and signed for by the authorized recipient.· To ensure stores issued are made against authorized receipt signatures.· To issue gate passes to gate keepers for all materials leaving stores to other sites and vice versa.· To maintain proper stores inventory at end of each month.· Updating market prices on quarterly basis.· Training Storekeepers Stores Computerization system.· To maintain proper stores inventory at end of each month.
Candidate Profile:· Educational qualification – University degree (preferred in Commerce / Material / Stores Management).· Minimum 10 Years as Storekeeper preferably in Construction field with computer skills. Gulf experience preferred.· Through knowledge of MS Word / Excel / Database required.
