Roles & Responsibilities
Designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
Creating and updating cyber security awareness/educational content.
Assess the training needs and evaluate the current security awareness level of organizations.
Develop customized training programs tailored to different employee roles and departments.
Review and update programs based on feedback, emerging threats, or organizational needs.
Develop Simulation Scenarios and Practical Exercises
Conducting research on emerging threats and technologies.
Monitoring and reporting training and development metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity (Preferred)
Certifications:
CompTIA Security+
GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
CompTIA PenTest+
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Certified Penetration Tester (CPENT)
GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
