Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks, including receiving and addressing complaints, conducting investigations, and responding to inquiries.
Review personal data management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Assess data privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Evaluate requests for processing sensitive data and escalate them to the manager for approval.
Implement procedures related to complaints and investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Education:
Certifications:
Data protection certifications preferred, such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or equivalent.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
Familiarity with cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, and governance related to data protection and privacy.
Awareness of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
Technical expertise in computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
