Role Description This is an unpaid internship role for a Digital Marketing & Creative Media Intern. Based in Doha, Qatar, with hybrid flexibility, the intern will contribute to Surf X’s online presence through a mix of marketing strategy, visual design, and content creation. Daily tasks include:Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social platforms. Designing graphics and visual assets for social media, web, and promotional materials. Shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts) to highlight Surf X experiences. Managing social media calendars and engaging with online communities. Analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and creative output. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, and Content Strategy. Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). Experience with Video Editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar). Ability to shoot and produce short-form video content with a creative eye. Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, social platforms, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging, personality-driven content. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field. Passion for lifestyle, travel, or coastal culture is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Notion preferred.
