We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge, hands-on experience in D365 CRM customization and implementation, and the ability to work directly with clients to understand and deliver business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Gather business requirements and provide D365 CRM solutions. Configure and customize D365 CRM forms, workflows, business rules, business process flows, and security roles. Work with development teams for implementation and integrations. Handle technical development using C#, . NET, Java Script, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. Support deployment, integrations, and data-related activities. Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM). Strong techno-functional knowledge of D365 CRM. Experience in client-facing roles and solution design. Hands-on experience in CRM customization and integration. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects. Arabic speaking (Mandatory) Preferred:Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
