Role Overview
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals for BMS projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, and tender proposals for BMS projects* Review drawings, specifications, and system requirements* Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical inputs* Support BMS system design and material selection* Handle technical clarifications with clients & consultants* Assist in tender submission and project handover activities
Requirements
* B. E. / B. Tech in EEE / Instrumentation or related field* Experience in BMS engineering or estimation preferred* Strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems* Proficiency in MS Excel and Auto CAD
