What you'll do
- Lead daily centre operations (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and drive enrollment growth
- Mentor and develop a team of academic and administrative staff
- Oversee curriculum delivery and track student progress using data
- Build strong relationships with parents through proactive, consistent communication
- Maintain compliance with franchise standards and Qatar's education regulations

Skills
What we're looking for
- B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized university (required)
- 5+ years in education, with experience in both teaching and administration
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Currently based in Qatar
