Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement robust network architectures to ensure seamless connectivity across multiple locations.
Monitor network performance continuously, using advanced tools to proactively address and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers and switches, ensuring optimal data flow and minimizing downtime.
Conduct regular network security assessments and implement necessary measures to safeguard against potential threats.
Maintaining and monitoring office network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Printers).
Configure and managing firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and Storages.
Administering on-premise servers. (Active Directory, Storage Backups)
Creating and managing user accounts (Active Directory). Implementation role-based access control. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers.
Support operating systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux.
Management of email domain. Microsoft and Google. (User Creation, Password Reset’s, License Management, Group’s Creation).
Preparation of Quotes and Costing (PRE-SALES) for Projects and Maintenance sites related to IT, Network, IPTV, SMATV and DS.
