Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor network using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG
Handle incidents, alerts, and outages within SLA
Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN)
Log and track tickets in ServiceNow/Remedy
Escalate issues as per process
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, subnetting
Basic routing & switching (BGP, OSPF)
Familiarity with Cisco/Juniper devices
Knowledge of monitoring & ticketing tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field
CCNA or equivalent (preferred)
Location: Qatar Preferred: Bilingual (Arabic Speaker)
