Audit Manager | Contract (2 Months) CA Qualified | 10+ Years Experience | Available Immediately Key Responsibilities:
Develop audit plan and assign engagements to team based on risk and capacity Define scope, objectives and timelines for each audit Lead and personally execute complex and high-risk audit engagements Perform walkthroughs, test controls and evaluate compliance with applicable standards Identify control gaps, process weaknesses and financial risk areas Review workpapers and audit files for completeness and accuracy Ensure procedures meet professional standards (SA, SRS, SRE — ICAI) Draft and finalise audit reports with clear findings and risk ratings Present recommendations and agree remediation timelines with management Supervise and mentor audit staff throughout engagements Manage stakeholder relationships and lead entry/exit meetings Act as primary point of contact for all audit queries during the contract
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) Minimum 10 years audit experience Proven ability to assign, review and execute audits end-to-end Strong knowledge of Standards on Auditing (SAs) issued by ICAIFamiliarity with Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act and applicable regulatory frameworks Ability to join immediately
