Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor and autocad draftsman role based in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), studying new tenders, project costs, and producing detailed shop drawings and cutting sheets required for site . The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors
Qualifications
Proficiency in Auto Cad Expertise in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning Experience in fitout anf finishes works Ability to perform accurate and timely Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Knowledge of fitout & construction methods and materials Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, project management software)degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Experience Qatari markey is advantageous Strong communication and teamwork skills
Note: Residency in Qatar with Noc is a must
