Business Development – Pharma

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented business development pharma for our pharmaceutical division. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain client records

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations and order processing

  • Attend meetings, presentations, and promotional activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

  • English communication required; Arabic is a plus
