Business Development – Pharma
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented business development pharma for our pharmaceutical division. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations and order processing
Attend meetings, presentations, and promotional activities
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
English communication required; Arabic is a plus
