Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic and operational planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain planning frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures.
  • Analyze business performance, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and planning documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and planning deliverables.
  • Support governance, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations.
  • Support management in decision-making through accurate planning insights and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning, reporting, performance management, or PMO-related functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple planning activities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning, reporting, performance management, or PMO-related functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandatory local experience with government exposure.
  • Arabic Speaker preferred/mandatory.
  • Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with government entities or large transformation programs is highly preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certifications will be an advantage.

Experience Required

  • 5 8 years of relevant experience in planning, strategic planning, PMO, performance management, or operational planning.
  • Experience in government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience handling reporting, KPI tracking, planning coordination, and executive reporting activities.
