Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting support for strategic and operational planning initiatives.
  • Develop planning frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures.
  • Conduct business analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluations to support decision-making.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and planning documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align planning activities with organizational objectives.
  • Support transformation programs, PMO activities, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify planning risks, dependencies, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and government regulations.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions related to planning activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve planning processes and organizational performance.

Experience Required

  • 7 10 years of relevant experience in planning, strategic planning, PMO, governance, or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience in planning frameworks, KPI management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience supporting government or large-scale organizational initiatives is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, PMO, governance, or performance management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple consulting and planning assignments effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandatory local experience with government exposure.
  • Arabic Speaker preferred/mandatory.
  • Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with government entities, public-sector organizations, or transformation programs is highly preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
