Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational planning engagements across multiple business functions.
  • Design and implement planning frameworks, governance structures, KPIs, and reporting models.
  • Provide expert consulting and advisory support to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee performance management, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting activities.
  • Support transformation programs, PMO initiatives, and organizational planning strategies.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities related to planning activities.
  • Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and strategic reports for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure planning alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and government regulations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the planning function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, PMO, governance, or performance management.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage complex planning initiatives and executive-level communications.
  • Excellent presentation, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandatory local experience with government exposure.
  • Arabic Speaker preferred/mandatory.
  • Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working with government entities, public-sector organizations, or large transformation programs is highly preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
