Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic & operational plans

Identify and manage organizational risks & performance gaps

Drive business continuity & crisis management planning

Monitor KPIs and deliver insightful performance reports

Evaluate and enhance service quality & operational efficiency

Champion innovation and process improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field

  • Certified professional (PMP, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience, preferably within Qatar government / semi-government entities
  • Strong expertise in strategy, quality, and performance management
  • Arabic & English fluency is a must
