Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
- Certified professional (PMP, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- 5+ years experience, preferably within Qatar government / semi-government entities
- Strong expertise in strategy, quality, and performance management
- Arabic & English fluency is a must
