Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards & regulatory requirements, utilizing established checklists and protocols to identify deviations & areas for improvement
Identify and document quality issues & collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions, executing remedial plans to address identified issues
Assist and implement quality improvement plans to address identified issues, analyzing root causes & assist in implementing sustainable solutions to enhance performance
Quality Monitoring & Reporting
Perform regular visits to Mowasalat's premises, client locations, or other relevant sites to assess service quality, utilizing observation checklists and surveys to gather data & feedback
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for quality improvement and prepare reports on quality performance, utilizing statistical process control & data visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns
Assist in the preparation of quality finding reports and ensure timely submission, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy & completeness of reports
Process Improvement & Compliance
Inspect processes, identify weaknesses, and areas for improvement & recommend corrective actions, utilizing process mapping and analysis techniques to identify inefficiencies & opportunities for improvement
Ensure driver s adherence to Mowasalat's requirements and vehicle s adherence to quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
Assign observations to concerned personnel, maintain records, and ensure follow-up on reported observations, utilizing a corrective action database to track & monitor progress
Quality Assistance & Enhancement
Collaborate with the Quality Analyst to assist in the development and maintenance of quality policies & procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Ensure that quality standards are communicated and understood by all relevant stakeholders, utilizing communication plans to promote awareness & understanding
Assist and implement quality development plans to enhance overall quality performance, identifying areas for improvement & providing sustainable solutions
Operational Support
Utilize technology to support quality assurance activities and improve operational efficiency, leveraging software applications & data analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making
Conduct site visits and inspections as required, ensuring safe & efficient transportation to and from inspection sites
Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality-related activities & findings, utilizing a quality management system to track and monitor quality performance

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications (e.g., Education)
At least High School or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or similar
Certificates & Trainings
Any relevant certification or training such as:
Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
