Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch & Coordination: Prepare driver duty rosters and communicate daily trips and assignments to drivers.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/memos in both English and Arabic.
  • Passenger Updates: Provide real-time updates to end-users regarding transport requests and follow up on request status.
  • Fleet Monitoring: Utilize GPS monitoring systems to track vehicles and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine services, breakdowns, or vehicle replacements due to accidents.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records of vehicle keys, track traffic violations, and handle office supply needs.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare accident reports, memos, and files for retrieval when required by the Administrator. br

Shift: Rotational (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to operate online transport portals and GPS tracking websites.
  • Operational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and provide directions/guidance to drivers regarding pick-up and drop-off points. br
