Roles & Responsibilities

This position will lead and execute the sales strategy for a portfolio of power transmission

Products, including Mechanical seals, Lubricants, bearings, gearboxes, belts and related

industrial components. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive profitable sales

growth, develop new products, manage a sales team and foster strong relationship with key

clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, cement, Power, Industrial and material handling. Primary

objective is to achieve and exceed company targets through strategic planning, technical

expertise and exceptional team management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the responsibility for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual company

division targets and OEM partners targets.

  • Manage the sales budget, forecast accurately and report on sales activities and pipeline

status to senior management

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen

the company’s presence in the Oil & Gas and power industries.

  • Develop and built strong customer connections by regular visits and guiding team.

Prepare and present technical presentations

  • Establish strong connections with OEM partners and develop & expand new products in

line with Division expansion needs. Attend weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meeting with

partners to update business developments and sales growth.

  • Review stock and propose recommended spares under collaboration with OEM.

  • Set clear individual and teams sales targets, conduct performance reviews and facilitate

development programs to the team.

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience on any Power Transmission Products such as :

Mechanical seals, Lubricants, Couplings, Bearings, Belts, Gearboxes, industrial tools etc

  • Strong Technical knowledge of Power Transmission Products such as: Mechanical seals,

Lubricants, Couplings, Bearings, Belts, Gearboxes etc.,

  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas customers, cement, power industries in Middle East.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to effectively

communicate with internal and external customers

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive

attitude and providing exemplary customer service

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within

parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
